Welcome to Lakeview Estate, a charming 3BR, 2.5BA home on Manteno’s Little Lake with stunning lakefront views and direct water access. Enjoy a cozy loft for games or movies, a firepit for s’mores under the stars, and a kayak launch for lake adventures. Just a short walk to downtown for dining, cafés, ice cream, and fun for all ages. Perfect for families, an adult getaway, remote workers, or solo travelers looking to unwind. We can`t wait to welcome you to your home away from home!
Welcome to Lakeview Estate, Your Private Lakeside Retreat!
Where the coffee’s strong, the lake views are dreamy, and the good vibes start the moment you walk through the door.
This charming, laid-back escape was designed with connection and comfort in mind. Step into a spacious open-concept layout that instantly feels like home. To your right, a dining space that seats six, perfect for gathering over pancakes or a sunset dinner, opens into a beautifully stocked kitchen with barstools at the island and a dedicated coffee bar (because mornings should be easy and delicious).
The living room invites you to cozy up on a cushy couch, settle into one of two accent chairs, and dive into movie night on the 55” Smart TV. A large picture window fills the space with natural light and gives you front-row seats to calming lake views.
Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find a fun and tucked-away loft, a kid-favorite hideout with its own 55” Smart TV for games, cartoons, or just a little independence from the grown-ups. We have a pull out couch for the kiddos and extra blankets to snuggle in!
Downstairs offers comfort for all:
A Full-over-Full bunk room with memory foam mattresses, fluffy pillows, and blankets galore
A full-size bedroom with a Smart TV and the same snuggly touches
A nearby half bath, plus a full bath stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
A laundry area with a washer/dryer and everything you need to keep life easy
And then there’s the primary suite with a King Size Bed, a serene sanctuary with lake views, a walk-out patio, a luxurious en suite bath featuring a large shower and walk-in tub, and a closet big enough for a serious shopping trip.

A peaceful back patio with seating for meals, morning coffee, or sunset chats
A beautifully paved lakeside patio with a fire pit (s`mores kits encouraged!)

Our nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. To keep the home comfortable and properly maintained, there is a $50 fee per additional guest. This helps cover the extra cleaning, laundry, utilities, and supplies required to prepare the home for larger groups. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

We truly want your stay to be relaxing, memorable, and filled with good energy. To help us keep this space special for every guest, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:
An important note on thermostat & temperature: We recently had a guest that turned it down in the low 50`s and we had to replace the unit. We now have a strict policy in place to keep the temperature between 68 & 75 degrees. If it goes below 68 or above 76, it will send an alert to the homeowner and he`ll manually adjust it back if this happens.
Guest Count Accuracy
If your guest list changes before your arrival, please update your reservation. Additional guests added the day of or during your stay will incur a doubled guest fee. This helps us prepare and clean the space properly for everyone.
🌿 An IMPORTANT Note on Allergies
The owner has a severe smoke allergy, so it is absolutely essential that there is no smoking of any kind inside the home, including near open windows or doors.
If you do smoke, please step outside, the fire pit area or front of the home are designated spaces, and kindly dispose of any cigarette waste properly.
Your mindfulness helps us keep this home safe, healthy, and welcoming for everyone. Thank you so much for your understanding and respect. 💛
Out of care for our space and all who stay here, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering, there’s a large mat and entryway space provided for your convenience and plenty of room for shoes.

For your comfort and safety, please make sure the tub is completely drained before opening the door.
Opening it early will cause water to flood the bathroom floor, and no one wants that kind of surprise during a relaxing soak!

Feel free to enjoy your meals on the patio, it’s a perfect spot to gather and enjoy the lake views! We just ask that no food, trash, or dishes be left outside, as local wildlife (ahem, friendly raccoons) might decide to crash your dinner party.

The lakeside fire pit is yours to enjoy! Please keep fires supervised at all times, fully extinguish them before leaving, and avoid leaving anything flammable unattended. Bring in cushions or blankets used outside at the end of the evening.
Guests & Gatherings
To maintain the peaceful environment we all love, no parties or events are permitted. The home has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 guests at all times (unless approved in advance). Hosting events is also against Airbnb policy.
Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
