About this house rental
Very cocooning house, where you feel at home.
Country style, the garden enters the house, with a green exterior, and a small refreshing swimming pool. The atmosphere is relaxing with a little Zen inspiration.
As soon as you enter, you will feel this well-being, by discovering a first bedroom in olive-green tones with comfortable bedding, bathroom with walk-in shower facing the door, and separate toilet next door.
Then, you will discover the living room, breathable, with its ceiling fan with large propellers, and its high ceiling dimensions.
On the mezzanine is the second bed in a double bed which plunges into the living room.
The kitchen area is open, which gives a more convivial side to the dining area.
Two French windows open onto an exotic wood terrace, and a small swimming pool... I specify this pool is not a swimming pool for swimming laps, but rather a plunge pool where you benefit from massage jets.
A second summer terrace, where you can grill on the barbecue and have meals outside is accessible through the garden.
The sea and the beach are 10 minutes away on foot, and 2 minutes by car with a large free parking lot.
The location of the house is quiet, in a closed community, secure parking, while being 1/4 hour from Sanary sur mer where you can find all the entertainment at leisure, restaurants, shops, boats, excursions .
5 minutes away by car is the small port of La Coudouliere where you can rent sea scooters and get freshly caught fish.
On the other hand, more authentic, the small port of Brusc located 10 minutes from the house, with its sublime lagoon and its access to the two islands of Gaou and Embiez. Possibility to rent paddle, canoes ect to go on the lagoon. No shops in the fishing village of Brusc but nice restaurants on the small port.
Many cycle paths serve the sea side. I also provide bicycles, not all new but which can make access pleasant by the sea. An electric bike rental is possible in the village center.
I would like to specify that the house has private access and enjoyment.
I live in an adjoining part of the house, with my own access, but which can be very practical if needed, and various recommendations.
