This property is a private space created to inspire, relax, and—as its name suggests—help you blossom again.
Located across from the iconic Peñón Brusi Beach. A cozy space on the 2nd floor (top floor) that sleeps up to 8 people.
Prime Location: The ocean is right next door; just cross the street and you’re in paradise. The perfect place to create unforgettable family memories.
The Space:
Casa Reverdecerás 🌿features 2 separate apartments. Each has 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Our first floor (first floor) comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
The upper floor (second floor) also accommodates up to 8 guests.
🌳🌴Outdoor common areas are shared with other guests.
Room layout:
🔹️Master Suite: Features a king-size bed and an exclusive vanity area with hand-painted botanical art and a large round mirror—perfect for getting ready before heading out or for use as a workspace.
🔹️Bedroom 2: Simple yet cozy, with a queen-size bed.
🔹️Bedroom 3: A space with a bunk bed (2 full beds) and a desk. With convenient access to the laundry area.
Kitchen and Dining Area:
An impeccable open-concept space. Cook your favorite dishes in a chef-inspired setting with stainless steel appliances, polished countertops, and a spectacular island featuring wood accents and comfortable leather chairs. The ideal spot for morning coffee or evening toasts.
Additionally, a dining area with chairs and a bench—perfect for watching TV while you eat.
Living Room and Entertainment:
Relax on our sofas—perfect for movie nights on the Smart TV. We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Outdoor Living and Relaxation:
Main Terrace: Street view, with chairs; your ideal spot for reading in the morning. Side Terrace: A private corner to savor authentic Puerto Rican coffee while watching the sunset.
Backyard Deck: Stay active or relax! Features a volleyball/soccer net, sack races, a slingshot, and local fruit trees (avocado 🥑 and plantains 🍌).
Unmatched Location and Amenities Total Peace and Quiet:
Equipped with a 20 kW electric generator (powers the entire house) and a water reserve.
Active Lifestyle: Right across the street, enjoy the Paseo Lineal for walking, skating, or biking. Places with a lively nightlife. Plus, there’s a pickleball court right next door
Guests have access to all common areas. These are shared with guests on the first floor.
Access to the first-floor balcony is not permitted.

To ensure the comfort, privacy, and peace of mind of all guests, outside visitors are not permitted on the property at any time. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may access the property.
