Welcome to The Pool House at Seabreeze — a 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with a private pool, designed for up to 10 guests. Whether you're planning a family vacation, beach trip with friends, or an extended stay, you'll have plenty of space to spread out while staying just minutes from the sand, restaurants, and everything Jacksonville Beach has to offer.

The home's spacious layout gives everyone room to relax. Two king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and premium linens, making it easy for every guest to settle in after a day at the beach. The primary suite includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a standalone soaking tub, while the guest bathroom features a shower-over-tub combination. An additional half bath adds extra convenience for groups.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners, with full-size appliances, cookware, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. High-speed WiFi makes it easy to work remotely or stream your favorite shows, while the washer and dryer let you pack light for longer stays. Self check-in with keyless entry means everyone can arrive on their own schedule.

Self check-in via keyless entry. Full-sized bath products and sound machines are provided for your stay. Please note that the home has one flight of stairs. No pets are permitted.
