Self-check-in makes arrival easy, allowing you to begin your vacation whenever you arrive after check-in time.

• Maximum occupancy: 18 guests

• Minimum booking age required

• No parties or events

• No smoking or vaping inside the home

• No pets

• Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety. Cameras do not monitor any interior spaces or private outdoor areas.

• Pool heat/chilling requires advanced notice and incurs seasonal fees.

House Rules

To ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay:

• Maximum occupancy is 18 registered guests

• Primary renter must be 25+ and stay throughout the reservation.

• No parties, events or unauthorized gatherings.

• Glitter, confetti, fireworks, and similar items are not permitted due to the difficulty of cleanup and risk of damage.

• No Pets allowed.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

• No illegal drugs or firearms.

• Children should be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and on elevated decks.

• Please rinse off sand before entering the pool or home.

• Please return basketballs and other equipment after use.

• Guests are responsible for any excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear.

• Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of Fort Morgan.
