Situated directly across a quiet lakeside road from your private waterfront, you'll enjoy easy access to a sandy beach, a 25-foot dock, and approximately five feet of water depth, perfect for swimming, floating, launching kayaks, or simply relaxing by the water. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property's kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
Inside, the home features an open-concept main living area designed for gathering after a day on the lake. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, along with a dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and dining area for family dinners.
The first-floor primary bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to the nearby three-quarter bathroom. Upstairs you'll find another queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a bunk room featuring one twin-over-full bunk and one twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for kids or larger families. The bunk room also enjoys beautiful lake views.
