A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play is available and includes fitted sheets. A high chair is also provided for added convenience. Please plan to bring any additional childcare items your family may need.

Airbnb will calculate costs based on the number of guests listed, so your reservation must reflect the correct total. If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your arrival so we may fix the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any issues mentioned after a reservation has been completed or for anything outside the Host's control - examples are acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts.
HEATING & COOLING
Guests have full control over the heating and cooling of the property and are welcome to adjust the thermostat to a comfortable level during their stay. Please note that our HVAC systems are equipped with preset limits to protect the equipment from potential strain or damage.
