The Space
Welcome to Largo Guest Suite, a private studio with one bathroom and room for up to three registered guests. Warm boho details, a king bed, and your own outdoor space offer a cozy base for a coastal getaway.
Living & Sleeping Area
Studio Sleeping Area: King bed and futon sleeper.
Fresh white linens and king-size pillows make slow mornings inviting. The separate seating area includes a 50-inch Smart TV, and the futon comes with sheets and a blanket for the additional guest. This is an open studio layout, not a separate-bedroom suite.
Private Fenced Backyard
Take your coffee outside to the bistro seating area and enjoy a quiet moment before the day’s plans. The suite has its own private, fully fenced backyard, separate from the main-house reservation.
Kitchenette & Coffee Bar
Prepare light bites with an under-counter mini fridge, a microwave/air fryer/convection combination appliance, a toaster, and a countertop water dispenser. A Keurig and starter coffee pods make mornings simple. The kitchenette does not include a full stove or kitchen sink.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, fresh towels, and complimentary hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Workspace & Everyday Comforts
A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to check in when needed. Closet storage, luggage racks, an iron and ironing board, extra blankets, and beach chairs add practical comforts. There is no in-unit laundry; a laundromat is nearby.

Free street parking is available, subject to posted restrictions. Please keep neighboring driveways and access routes clear.

A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.
Discrepancies
Your comfort matters. Please tell us about any cleanliness or amenity concerns when you arrive so we can help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God.
