The place was just as described and pictured. It worked well for our family. It is an older building and as stated there is no elevator. The view was nice and couches and chairs were comfortable as well as the beds. Basic supplies were provided and there were cleaning tools which was nice with all the sand brought in. My kids enjoyed the pool. My oldest loved that it went to 8ft. We did have an issue with the pull cord of the kitchen ceiling fan light not being there and the twin bedroom AC unit. The maintenance person did come and fix the pull cord but the AC did not work the whole time we were there. Other than that we had a great stay!!

Overall we were pleased with our 4 day stay. This condo was on the third floor, in a corner unit, so it was quiet. The condo was clean when we arrived, although it did have a rentals' usual wall scuffs and door marks. The bedding and towels were clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable (usually rentals have horrible beds). It was a nice 5 min walk to the beach, nothing too terrible. There was a cockroach on the master bedroom's ceiling the first night, but other than that no bugs to speak of. There is a large pond out back, so we figured it came from there. There was no salt and pepper, only provided with two trash bags, and no beach toys, so unfortunately we did have to buy our own, but it wasn't the end of the world. Overall, we are happy with the stay and the price we paid! We would definitely consider staying here again!

The location of the condo is great! We loved the area. The condo itself was not very clean when we arrived. There was sand all over the floor, food crumbs still on the floor and the furniture, and just not very clean. We enjoyed the space and the pool being close. We loved the area, but the condo itself was not cleaned very well when we arrived.
