1. Completed Registration Form , this form will be emailed to you also available in the Clubhouse Office
2. A copy of your lease , once your reservation is confirmed we will email you a 1 page lease agreement .
3. A photo ID
4. Current Vehicle Registration ( **if you have a rental vehicle please have a copy of your rental agreement )
5. Current Vehicle Insurance Verification
6. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY (NO CASH)

Our guests will receive a door code prior to check in
