Unfortunately this property was riddled with cockroaches. We found some spray under the kitchen sink thankfully and had to fight them our whole stay. The condo has a stale smell to it. The carpet in the bedrooms is all stained. The smell is likely from that. Supposedly you need parking passes (that are paper) that they say will be a 250 charge if you loose. The parking passes weren’t provided until we messaged the property to let them know there were none provided. We didn’t even know we needed them until our friends that are staying in the same complex told us. There’s a grandfather clock in the unit that goes off every 15 minutes. All day. All night. That being said all communication with the property manager was timely and quick. Once we let them know we didn’t have parking passes, they delivered them same day. No issues. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. My kids did say their beds weren’t as comfortable, but their beds are very soft at home. Sheets were good quality too.
