Home was clean and well stocked. The location and view were incredible-an unrestricted view of Pikes Peak from the 3 seasons room. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the quaint tiny home with the big mountain view! It is in a tiny home neighborhood - which is kinda fun! The house is cozy - with a homey worn in feeling. The only down side for us was the very squeaky bed frame/springs. Other than that every thing was nice with all of the basics one might need. The home was clean, conveniently located to ample restaurants and groceries as well as minutes from tons of outdoor activities. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Views are 10/10. Had issues with the shower draining, initial communication with Vacasa was quick but the issue was never resolved, so had to deal with drain grime coming up into the tub while showering. Overall cleanliness was sub-par. Pullout sofa bed was broken and had crusty sheets with stains. Main bed was clean, but very rickety. If you need a place to stay this place is fine, but lower your expectations.
