About this house rental
Conveniently located within 1 hour from almost anywhere in DFW. Perfect location for a fun and relaxing getaway featuring 1100sqft Sports Bar/Outdoor Kitchen covered patio! Curtains can be pulled closed with space heaters for comfort in cooler days.
Walk trails or beach nearby; boat ramp and indoor water-park 2 minutes away; play games, watch your favorite sports team, cook out or gather everyone for a movie night in the theater room.
SPACE
3bed 2.5 bath house, living room, theater room, kitchen and eating area. Featuring a massive 1100sqft covered outdoor patio, complete with a full outdoor kitchen, 7 TVs, seating, and a hot tub. All common areas downstairs, all bedrooms upstairs. Washer and Dryer upstairs. DIRECTV service in patio, living room, and theater. Propane grill and Flat-top plus gas range outside. Basic linens and towels provided as well as basic shampoos and body soap. For longer stays, initial Paper towels and Toilet paper are provided, optional weekly cleaning available with additional fee.
The house is minutes away from fun activities: cable wakeboard park, indoor water park, The Star at Frisco, The Beach at Little Elm, Oak Point Boat Ramp, Hydrous wakeboard cable park, Wedding Venues: Knotting Hill Place, Brighton Abbey.
You can enjoy a walk by the lake or go fishing, paddle boarding/kayaking or just hangout on the large patio. Its location makes it a great get away that is still located in the city. It is across the street from the Little Elm beach for hanging out and playing volleyball, take a trip to the INDOOR WATER PARK (The Cove at Lake Front), book a fishing trip or stand up paddle tour. This is a great attraction for year round use and the hot tub is wonderful in the fall/winter. The Frisco Star, Shops of legacy and Stonebriar mall are within 30 minutes.
