The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, Smart TV, closet, recessed lighting and dresser to help you settle in. In the living room, you'll find a full-size sleeper sofa, a cozy recliner, and another Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or accommodating additional guests. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and plenty of counter and cabinet space to feel at home.
Need to work while you're here? A dedicated workspace includes a desk, rolling office chair, monitor, and reliable Wi-Fi to make remote work easy and comfortable.
The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer provide all the comforts of home, while games, books, and a Pack 'n Play make the space welcoming for both families and longer stays.
Step outside to your private backyard, where you can fire up the BBQ, gather around the gas fire pit, or enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table. Best of all, you're just a short walk from local coffee shops, restaurants, parks, shopping, and a grocery store, making it easy to experience the best of Boise without spending your trip in the car.
We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.
There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
