Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was thoughtfully designed for families, groups, business travelers, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Boise.

Each of the three bedrooms features a plush king-size bed, blackout blinds, and plenty of space to unpack and settle in. The primary suite includes a Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. The additional bedrooms offer closets for storage, with one also featuring a dresser, making every guest feel right at home.

The open living area is perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. Sink into the comfortable couches to watch your favorite shows on the large Smart TV or catch up on work at the dedicated workspace, complete with a desk, monitor, and office chair. Whether you're here for business or vacation, you'll have everything you need to stay connected and comfortable.

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, with everything needed for cooking at home, plus both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker to start your mornings your way. Enjoy a quick breakfast at the kitchen bar or gather together around the dining space before heading out for the day. A stackable washer and dryer and Pack 'n Play add extra convenience for longer stays and families traveling with little ones.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
