Perfectly proportioned for families, couples, or small groups seeking extra privacy and space, this first-floor residence offers a quiet retreat just a 15-minute walk from the picturesque River Thames.
The Space
Size & Layout: A bright, thoughtfully arranged 540 sq. ft. (50 sq. m.) residence on the first floor.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with garden views located at the back of the building, away from the main road. One features a UK King bed (US Queen size) and the other a UK Double bed (US Full size). Both are outfitted with crisp white linens, extra blankets, and comfortable pillows. Flat sheets are available upon request.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms—one with a deep soaking tub and shower, and the second with a walk-in shower—ensuring effortless morning routines for everyone.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare family meals or quick snacks with ease. Includes an oven, cooktop, microwave, slimline dishwasher, combination washer/dryer, kettle, and El Gusto coffee machine.
Family Amenities: A pack-and-play (crib) and high chair —please request these early to secure availability.
Climate Control: Independent thermostat for heating and hot water control, plus a 9000 BTU large air-conditioning unit, for warmer summer days.

Transit: Unbeatable connections across the city. Minutes from Barons Court, Hammersmith and Earl`s Court Underground stations (Piccadilly and District lines), offering direct routes to Heathrow Airport, the West End theater district, Museums, and iconic sights. Kensington (Olympia) station provides direct Overground connections.
Walking Distance: Stroll to the Design Museum, Olympia Exhibition Centre, Imperial College London, and the scenic waterfront along the Thames (home to world-class dining, including the famous Michelin-starred The River Café).
Parking & EV: Plenty of local car parks with availability at around GBP30-35/day. An EV charging station is located right outside the building.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the entrance corridor. We’re big fans of keeping things clean!
Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.
Smoking or e-smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden/patio area. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.
Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.
A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.
Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste.
Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.
Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.
We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!

The place was in a fabulous location. It was charming and modern and very clean. We would have benefited from instructions for the W/D, the coffee maker and the A/C.

The apartment was very clean. Check in was very easy. It’s nice that it has 2 separate bathrooms. There is no air conditioning which is rarely a problem in London but there were 3 fans. Great location!

The flat was perfect. Two bathrooms was ideal, onsite laundry was a great perk, building was quiet and in a great neighbourhood.

This was one of my best trips so far, the place was exactly as described, it was nicer than the pictures. The beds were so comfortable. Great location, so close to the tube and lots of buses, nice restaurants and shopping. The flat had everything we needed and the host was very kind. Will definitely come again, as its really good value for money.
