The main-level back deck holds a private hot tub, a gas fire pit, a propane grill, and outdoor dining for 8, facing into the trees. Inside, the living room has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a stone-surround electric fireplace. Smart TVs are in every room, WiFi runs at 250+ Mbps, and a Ms. Pac-Man wall arcade sits in the upstairs bunk room.

Tall Timbers Camp amenities are included and walkable: a year-round indoor pool, an outdoor pool and lazy river, a general store, two food trucks, stocked fishing ponds, pickleball and basketball courts, walking trails, and a children's playground.
