The Space
Casa Santian offers you the privacy of a hotel combined with the exclusivity of your own home. Each bedroom locks with its own key, and the common areas are reserved exclusively for your group. Accommodates up to 24 guests, just a few steps from Paseo de Montejo.

Book 6 nights or more, and upon request, we’ll include an airport transfer for up to 16 people. One less thing to coordinate.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, TV, safe, hair dryer, and ceiling fan.

The property is located in the Santa Ana neighborhood, a five-minute walk from Paseo de Montejo and the Corredor Gastronómico de Santa Ana, with its restaurants, bars, and cafés.

- Pool and shaded patio for long afternoons between the two pergolas, the pool, and the hammocks

The house has 10 bathrooms in total (8 en suite plus 2 half-baths in the common areas), so there’s never a line.

Daily housekeeping is included. Our team tidies each bedroom every day at no extra charge. For groups who prefer full service, we also offer kitchen and common area cleaning as an add-on.

Guest access
The entire house is yours. The property has two street entrances, one on 47 and one on 47A, which makes arrivals and departures easy for larger groups.

Airport transfers, city tours, and transportation to Yucatán’s cenotes, ruins, and beach towns can all be arranged through us, with no obligation. For stays of 6 nights or more, round-trip transfers to and from the Mérida airport (for up to 16 people) are included with your booking. Just ask in advance.

Good to know: The house is designed for your group to enjoy together, but it is not intended to host large external events (such as weddings with 100 guests on-site). If you’re planning a celebration of that scale, we’re happy to recommend partner venues.
