About this apartment rental
Indulge in luxury at our elegantly furnished 1BR apartment in Imperial Ocean Village, right in the heart of Gibraltar. Bask in comfort of our rooftop heated pools with stunning marina and city skyline views. Our cozy apartment offers a king-sized bed, a versatile sofa for additional sleeping and a modern kitchen with all essentials. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, smart TV and easy self check-in with our smart locks. - Smoking is not allowed
- Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
- No outsiders allowed in the apartment without our approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as flat general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs will be charged.
- Do not flush anything in the toilet apart from toilet paper, flooding/clogged damages will be charged.
- The sofa is not an actual sofa bed, but a sofa large enough to sleep on (bedding is provided).
Check-in time is 2pm till late
***As we don`t have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
***Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
***Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
SHORT LET RULES in Ocean Village
•Short lets must register themselves at security reception and provide proof of booking and photographic ID (e.g. passport)
•Cards will be available from the security office between 0730hrs and 1830hrs, 7 days a week
• All cards access will expire at the end of the clients contract.
• Short let cards are different from the normal cards and indicate a sequence number, Apt number, expiry date, number of adults and possible number of children allowed access to the resort.
• Cards will only be issued to the maximum number entitled for the number of bedrooms in the apartment. Pool access per apartment type:
• Studios: maximum two cards or 1 card and a child under 16 number
All cards are personal and non-transferable
• Each card issued will carry a charge of £15 and is non refundable and a receipt for each payment must be given by the Security
officer (cash payment only)
- Please note pool facilities in this building are partially closed during the off-season.
Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability:
•At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
•You recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks.
What is provided:

Bed linens and towels (1 set per guest)
Complimentary kitchen pack for 3 nights (dishwasher tabs and dish soap)
Not provided:
Cleaning service
Washing machine soap
Extra pillows

- Our property permits us to have 2 cards only.
- Cards are £15 per card and will need to be paid in CASH to security.
- Guests must advise 48 hours beforehand if they are going to need access to pools.
- All cards access will expire at the end of the stay. Short let cards are different from the normal cards and indicate a sequence number, Apt number, expiry date, number of adults and possible number of children allowed access to the resort.
