If you are familiar with the Denver Metro area or if you would like to look it up, it's in Central Park, 15 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from DIA. The house comes with a private gated yard and one car garage.

Welcome to our modern and bright home in Central Park. The open concept living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, featuring a comfortable space to relax with a television and sound system. Our fully equipped kitchen comes with updated appliances including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender, making it easy to whip up meals. You will find three cozy bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom, a second room with two double beds, and a third bedroom with a plush queen bed. We also provide a dedicated workspace for those who need to get things done. Step outside to enjoy our private gated yard, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill for sunny Denver days. The home also includes a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer for your stay. We provide all the essentials like linens, towels, and toiletries to make you feel right at home.
Guest Access:
You will have full and private access to the entire single family home during your stay. This includes the bright and open concept living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and all three bedrooms. You are also welcome to use the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside, you have a private gated yard perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal on the grill. Parking is a breeze with the included one car garage, plus additional street parking is available. As a guest, you also get access to the community pool located nearby.

We want you to have a great stay at our place. Please keep in mind that our check in time is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. To keep things comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM and please remove your shoes when inside the house. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited and we do not allow parties or events. If you are planning to bring a pet along, please let us know in advance as additional charges may apply.
