This spacious home is perfect for hosting groups & families, stocked with everything you may need & sure to create memories you'll never forget! Spacious home in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. Open concept living, kitchen and dining with large windows and access to the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms (two king suites) and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1: King bed w/ TV, large walk in closet and private bath Bedroom 2: King bed w/ double closets and private bath Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds w/ double closets Bedroom 4: Full sized bunk bed on top & bottom & a twin pull out trundle below & TV Bathroom 1: Attached to Bedroom 1 with walk in shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash & hair dryer provided for guests! Bathroom 2: Attached to Bedroom 2 with walk in shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash & hair dryer provided for guests! Bathroom 3: Guest bath with double sinks and bath tub/shower. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash & hair dryer provided for guests! We are local and always available if guests need anything at all! FAQ & RULES: OCCUPANCY: If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of being canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking! If you plan to hire a third party, or the number of guests change, just let us know in advance please. SECURITY: There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. This is in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the camera. Doing so may result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home. VENDORS: Outside vendors must be approved by host to ensure we are in compliance with the city and not violating the additional guest rules. Approved Vendors: Decorating services, Cabana Boys, private chefs, mobile IV therapy, mobile massage, yoga instructors, photographers, hair & makeup artists. Unapproved Vendors: DJs, strippers and bounce houses QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500) EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF? We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply) LATE CHECK OUT? Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled. MUSIC & SPEAKERS: We provide a bluetooth speaker. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. IS THE POOL HEATED? Yes, pool heat is offered between the months of October-May. This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in. Payment is due prior to check in - we do not heat the pool until payment is received. DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! DO YOU HAVE POOL FLOATS? Yes! We have a selection of pool floats and an air pump to inflate your own. DISCOUNTS: We do not offer any discounts. DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair) NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. PETS? No pets allowed This is a non-smoking home.
