Main level: open great room/kitchen/living area with vaulted ceilings and a large wood-burning fieldstone fireplace (firewood provided). A screened porch overlooks beautiful O’Brien Lake and the lakeside master suite has a queen sized bed, and beautifully updated bathroom.
Lower level: the walkout basement includes 2 additional bedrooms - the first has a queen-sized bed, and the second is a dedicated bunk-room. Additionally, there is an informal bunk area with a full-size lower bunk/single upper bunk. The lower-level bathroom has beautiful upgraded finishes, including a custom tile shower with river-rock flooring. The living area includes a built-in game/puzzle table, and a cozy sectional/entertainment area—perfect for rainy days or movie nights. The lower level also offers great lake views and easy access to a large lakeside firepit just steps from the water (firewood included).
Amenities: 2023 Bennington pontoon included, Wi‑Fi, two HD smart TVs, granite countertops, wood plank floors, reclaimed details, and modern mechanicals added in 2014 (AC, new appliances, softened water).
Location: 5 miles east of Crosslake on spring‑fed Lake O’Brien (24' clarity—the clearest in the watershed). Surrounded by mature pines with about 5 miles of shoreline, including state-owned undeveloped frontage. Summer activities: fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and a popular sandbar gathering spot. Quiet tar township road ideal for walks or bike rides. Winter: ice fishing, cross‑country skiing, snowshoeing, and easy access to groomed snowmobile trails.
Sleeping & occupancy: Maximum 9 guests. Sleeps: 2 queen beds (one per bedroom), 3 single beds in bunk areas, and one double (bottom bunk). Calendar is kept up to date; available dates shown are likely available. After booking you’ll receive a detailed “what to bring” list.
The pontoon is available early May through late September. Prices include all fees—no hidden charges.
