Val was Awesome! I've stayed in quite a few Airbnb, VRBO type rentals and he is at the top of the list for hosts! Communication was quick and excellent. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Driveway had plenty of room for the bass boat and a carport with electric to charge batteries and the community boat ramp was maybe 1/4 mile down the road with easy access and parking. Nice, peaceful, quiet setting in a nice community/neighborhood.
Can't really think of anything negative, other than I could only find 1 trash bag for us to use. 🤣 I had brought 2 with me so we were good! I was told by a nice gentleman at the ramp that it drops off at the end, and you can get your trailer stuck/damaged if you back in too far - so just be aware!
