The flat is very well situated, just 15–20 minutes from Turin’s main attractions. It is a recently refurbished flat, very well equipped with kitchen and bedroom furnishings. There is a tram and bus stop just a few meters from the front door, with frequent services.

Although the flat is equipped with almost everything (washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, hair dryer, etc.), simple (inexpensive) items such as clothes hangers, kitchen tea towels or simply enough toilet paper (just over one roll – perhaps left by previous guests, as we left three at the end of our stay) are missing. The biggest drawback is that when I contacted the Wonderful Italia Team on Saturday to ask them for at least a few hangers (there weren’t any at all), they told me "we would see what they could do, but that under no circumstances would it be before the following Monday". However, we stayed until the following Thursday, and seems "they couldn’t do anything’ – not even a WhatsApp message to apologize or to provide us with any of what we’d requested". We felt completely ignored. And, given that I’ve been travelling for work for several years now – between four and five trips a year – it’s fair to say that “the difference between a good company and an excellent one lies in knowing how to cater for those ‘little needs’ that make a stay more satisfying and enjoyable”. Anyway, if you fortunatelly don’t need any assistance during your stay – even though the team wrote to you saying, "Please, do not hesitate to write to us if you need assistance or further information!" – it might well be a good, central flat to rent.
