From the initial contact, Nicola made me feel at home. She even sent me a message with the exact location of the property as I was not familiar with Bloemfontein. She also followed up to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was immaculate, clean and fresh. The kitchenette had everything you need and more, even an air fryer. A very small detail that very few guest houses provide, stood out for me, was the little carton of milk for coffee that was provided in the fridge. If I had time, I would have used the private braai at the room. Maybe on my next visit...

Very neat and clean. Comfortable! Me and my 2 children loved it. Very friendly. Was just an overnight stay for us, and we received a warm welcome. Everything was top-notch 👌
