40 m2. More information by the provider: The Rio house is located right next to the sports field in the first row and therefore in the best location for skiing and hiking enthusiasts. The cosy, newly renovated flat has 1 bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The open-plan kitchen is very modern and there is an additional sofa bed in the living room. From the living room you have access to the terrace with a view of the mountains and the sporting activities on the sports field and in the skiing and hiking area. The flat also has a storage room and there is a shared laundry room and ski room in the house. Unless otherwise indicated in the booking information, the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on-site: Summer tourist tax (06.01 - 10.31): CHF 7.- per adult/day, CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Winter tourist tax (11.01 - 05.31): CHF 4.50 per adult/day, CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years).      All our guests receive the SaastalCard. The SaastalCard offers numerous attractive discounts, such as unrestricted use of 8 of the 9 mountain lifts in summer. Additionally, the use of the postal bus throughout the Saastal is free all year round. Bedding and towels are included in the rental price.
