I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything. What impressed me most was the service — I left a bag at the train station, and Michael went out of his way to make sure it was returned to me the next morning in another city.

The bed in our room was terrible and only could stay one night and had to change hotels. Luckily the staff was nice enough to give us a refund for the remaining days of our booking
