Casa Magnolia Apt 7 Santurce Multifamily House

Property was clean, comfortable, bedroom spacious, did the job.

Only two wine glasses, should include some mugs also for hot drinks. Furthermore they could do with a kettle as well just felt there wasn’t much items as needed in the kitchen. Would be nice to also supply some cleaning products so we can sweep sand and clean down counters more effectively, it would take off some of the work load left for staff later. All rooms has a lot of markings and damages or just things that need a paint job or work done which is fine however I think taking a deposit is it a harsh as it might even be hard for them to see what has been done and what has already been damaged, worried I won’t get that money back when I know I didn’t cause any destruction. Neighbours have a load of roosters that are screaming constantly from 6 am and throughout the day.
