We stayed in this apartment for five days and had a wonderful experience. What we particularly loved was the thoughtful design of the apartment: the living room separates the sleeping areas from the dining area and kitchen. This was perfect for us as a family, as we could put the children to bed in the evening while the adults could relax in the living room, watch TV, or enjoy the large balcony with its super-comfortable armchairs. The apartment has a large, very comfortable sofa, the air conditioning works perfectly, and everything is beautifully decorated with lots of love and attention to detail in a charming Italian style. Letizia and her son, the owners, were always available and very helpful. Letizia also recommended a wonderful bakery with delicious homemade treats and a small wine shop offering an excellent selection of local wines. We really appreciated these recommendations and enjoyed discovering both places. Despite some difficulties with Booking.com, the owners handled the situation professionally and resolved everything to our satisfaction. This was not an apartment that felt like it had simply been furnished for guests — it truly felt like coming home. It was beautifully clean, smelled wonderful, and had everything we needed. There is also a parking space right in front of the apartment, and everything you need is easily reachable nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

If we had to mention one small thing, it would be that the smaller (kids)bedroom does not have its own air conditioning. However, with the door open, the cool air from the air conditioner in the main living area reaches the room, so it was absolutely manageable. Really, this is more of a very minor point — almost complaining at the highest level!
