The location is close to the city but without being in the city for a good value. There is street parking if you arrange ahead with the host. The location is on the side of the freeway on a street that is easy to miss but the property itself is easy to find
The inroom fridge and ac are extremely loud, you can’t open the window at all. The room is in the attic so you do have to climb some stairs. There are quite a few rooms using the same one bathroom, so plan ahead for hot shower and bathroom use.

I had such a lovely stay at Vic’s place! The space was comfortable, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming experience, from the lighting and decor to the convenient little extras available on-site.
Vic always quick to respond. Everything throughout my stay went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from beginning to end. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others!

Location, kitchen was clean and fully equipped
Check info was provided around noon on the day of check-in. The host was not responsive to questions days before arrival. The single bathroom for the house was downstairs. Only cold water was available for the shower (the water never got warm).
I was in room #3 (looks to be a converted attic space). Air conditioning and refrigerator in room was noisy.
For $110 on a Thursday night, I didn't think a hot shower was too high an expectation.
