Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Miejsce parkingowe w cenie, co w Sybinie nie jest takie oczywiste. Sklep pod nosem. Do centrum może kawałek ale też dzięki temu spokój i cisza. Duży plus za kawę i ekspres przelewowy. Osiedle na uboczu ale z dobrym dojazdem. Do centrum 30-40 minut piechotą.
Trzeba zaktualizować pinezkę do map Google, bo kieruje 100m dalej i lepiej opisać dojście do bloku. Na wyposażeniu brakowało kilku rzeczy: ociekacza na naczynia brak, nie było żadnego noża, deski do krojenia, przydałaby się jakaś komoda mała w pokoju i również jakiś blat, dodatkowa półka, żeby postawić rzeczy.
