Marilyn's Luxury suite

Excellent place to stay. I was here 5 nights. Very beautiful, quiet, super clean, spacious 2 bedroom basement suite with large windows (which I could open) in new home. Everything was brand new. Comes with towels, shampoo, bedding, kitchen stuff. Has AC, Netflix, Prime. Family was so welcoming and friendly. Landlord was very caring and accommodating and checked with me several times if I needed anything. Has a separate entrance with door codes. I felt very safe and secure. I am a senior woman. I received a very good price. Thanks! I rate this at 12/10. I recommend this Airbandb very highly to everyone. I would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting family and friends in Saskatoon. Location was convenient, just off Diefenbaker and close to 22nd Street and highway west. It was also close to Circle Drive and the rest of Saskatoon. There is a large mall nearby with Superstore, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The house is very sound proof because I could not hear the construction of houses nearby.

My only issue was parking due to all the construction in the cul de sac and vehicles. There was not room on the owner's driveway to park. However, I was able to find parking very near the house. I had a truck and needed more space. I unpacked on the driveway, then parked elsewhere. So it was not an issue.
