The stairs to the loft need some type of strip to prevent slipping and for better visibility.

Breakfast vouchers for the nearby cafe was an unexpected surprise and worked well.
Door to apartment difficult to open/close with handle in middle of door. Needed to pull hard to click shut so that key could be turned. Situation resolved quickly by messaging owner. Shower drain blocked easily needs regular cleaning to avoid flooding - design fault. Very occasional noise from Motorbike parking outside but surprisingly quiet as people walk past window directly outside. We were obviously one of the first visitors and many items hadn't been used with some still in packaging.
