Guest access
You will have full access to all spaces in the cabin. The space is yours while you're there. SkyLodge and its patio is for you to enjoy and is completely private. That being said, please be respectful and considerate of noise after 10pm. The washer/dryer, fishing equipment and life vests are all located downstairs in the basement. The 2-person kayak and stand up paddle boards are located on the premises on the way to the lake.
Other things to note
Due to excessive winter snow, the lake may not be accessible until late spring/early summer.
4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicles (ideally with snow tires or cables/chains) are necessary to navigate to the property in heavy winter conditions. It is recommended to book a rental car through ‘TURO’ where you can request and be sure your vehicle will be equipped with snow tires.
The loft upstairs is accessible via a ladder/stairs. It isn't ideal for very young or elderly guests.
SkyLodge has limited cell service, but we've never had a problem making calls or sending messages.
Access to SkyLodge is only by stairs.
If you are wanting to do a photoshoot or something similar on the property, please contact me for details and rates.
SkyLodge is located at more than 10,000 feet above sea level. Guests may experience altitude sickness. To reduce its effects, stay hydrated and take rests when feeling short of breath.
