About this house rental
The cottage is located in Marquay, a medieval village 12 kilometers from Sarlat.
The cottage occupies the wing of a stone building, with a fully private inner courtyard.
Inside, the first floor includes a fitted kitchen open to the dining room, a living room and a shower room.
Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom and separate toilet.
Parking is easy, in the courtyard or just in front of the accommodation.
In the village, you will find a café offering bread and pastries.
Just five minutes away is the Etang de Tamniès: swimming, fishing, playgrounds, picnic areas and a gourmet market on Sunday evenings in July and August.
The geographical location: in about thirty minutes you reach the greatest sites of the Périgord Noir, such as Sarlat, the Dordogne valley, castles, gardens and the famous prehistoric caves, while enjoying the calm of a village, far from the hustle and bustle.
Price excluding bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning: you choose your options to adapt your budget.
You have the option of managing the cleaning yourself at the end of your stay or take the cleaning package at 65€, and/or bring your own sheets/towels (20€/room)
