Finished with lovely details of warm wood, leather, and textiles inspired by the American West, this condo is a joy to come home to after gorgeous days spent skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or hiking. Snuggle up in the warmth of the gas fireplace, watch one of the three HDTVs, or set up a family board game at the dining room table. Grab a fresh swimsuit from the private washer/dryer, take an evening dip in one of the two community hot tubs, and tell stories around the shared firepit before retreating to the two comfortable bedrooms - each of which has its own attached bathroom.

This condo is part of Dulany at the Gondola, a lovely complex that sits a few steps south of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. You'll be enviably positioned to take advantage of the resort's 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladey areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven and half-mile, paved, multi-use trail that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

Excellent location and renovated very nicelyDulaney at the gondola is in a perfect location. This is our second time staying at this property (first in this unit). Walking distance to everything you need - tons of restaurants, small grocery store, liquor store, christy sports, the gondola, square, shops and much more. You don't need a car staying here. Very short easy walk to the gondola base, maybe 150 yards. This unit is recently renovated and feels brand new. Well taken care of, very clean, has everything stocked in the kitchen that you would need if you are planning to cook. New appliances, spacious den with vaulted ceiling, automated shades, excellent fireplace, comfortable furniture, excellent lighting, large entry way to store ski items, boot and glove dryer / warmer, and plenty of room for a family of 4. When booking, was concerned with being on the 5th floor and dealing with stairs in ski boots; however, there is an elevator within 50 feet of the door so this was not an issue at all. Only complaints are i would have liked to have a box fan to create some background noise to sleep better, humidifiers available in bedrooms, and ability to turn off or change program for the floor heaters in bathrooms as it makes bedrooms warm especially at night.

The condo is excellent. Good amenties, nice view, crisply decorated. Communication with VACASA as a property manager is very difficult. This unit has no "front desk" or communal space to be before 4:00 check in time, so be aware there's nowhere to be with bags or groceries. Once 4:00 came, the keycode sent was incomplete & we were unable to enter. More than 1 full hour later, after lots of angry texts, I got a local phone number of a person who helped me immediately. VACASA is so huge, they have offsite people texting who aren't informed at times. The condo itself was great. Desiree the local manager was very helpful once I was allowed to contact her. Vacasa's systems are something I'll be wary of in the future.

Great property. One negative for us was no daily maid service. The fireplace gas smelled the whole time, but we were happy to have one. The community hot tubs were great. There was also an outside fire pit that we made s’mores at too. There were a lot of board games for kids and adults.

We loved our stay at Dulaney 505. From the high ceilings to the comfort , to the beautiful view through the large windows !! The unit is magnificent comfortable and conveniently located to everything !! Also love the shuttle service
