The Rocha’s Place

Beautiful and cozy 3-bedroom house, living room, dining room, kitchen, double garage and two and a half bathrooms. We have 2 water tanks, one upstairs and one downstairs that add up to almost 2000 liters, along with a pump that ensures water flow and pressure. Even so, we ask you to be aware of the lack of water in Monterrey. For those looking for tranquility and comfort in our wonderful Monterrey.

The space
Bedroom with two full beds and one twin bed includes a closet and private bathroom. There are two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed and a single mattress with a closet (these bedrooms share a full bathroom)

Guest access
You have access to the entire house, you will have a garage for up to two cars. You will enter a private block where you can only park inside the garage or in front of the house. Please respect the neighbors' parking spaces.

Other things to note
Neighbors request low noise levels after 10 PM on weekdays, and respect for their properties and garages. Thank you very much in advance.
