Other Things to Note:

- VAT Policy: In accordance with Israeli law, Israeli citizens and residents are required to pay 18% VAT, which is not included in the Airbnb price when applicable. Foreign tourists who are eligible for the VAT exemption must provide a valid B2 entry permit (or the official electronic entry confirmation issued upon arrival in Israel) before or at check-in to receive the exemption.

-Online Check-in: To comply with local regulations, all guests are required to complete our online check-in before arrival. Access instructions will be sent once the process has been completed.

- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

-No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests may smoke only on the balcony with the door closed.

- No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours.

- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance.

-Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

- Energy Saving: Kindly switch off the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
