Quiet, facing a backyard and peaceful street. Equipped with fast broadband, work desk, and sofa-bed. Short walk to Maida Vale, Notting Hill, Portobello Road Market. Easy commute to Paddington, Imperial College, and Central London. Great for academic, medical, or corporate guests.
A charming flat on the ground floor of this character, west-London property. It boasts one large living room with a sofa-bed, one bedroom, one bathroom, corridor and kitchen.
Guests will be using the entire flat. No spaces are to be shared.
We are always happy to interact with our guests, explain and help them finding their way around London or even meet in person.
Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and hosting one may result in fines, legal penalties and all guests being removed from the property.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy in all areas of our properties.
Our fine structure:
Smoking = 200 GBP
Parties = 200 GBP
Parties with smoking = 400GBP
Parties with smoking and loud music = 800 GBP
Loss of keys will result in a mandatory £90 fine.
Unattended or Prolonged Use of Heat-Producing Electronics:
• Do not leave heat-producing electronics/devises such as hair dryers, straighteners, iron, oven, stove, or electric radiators, etc plugged in or running unattended or for prolonged periods. These devices can overheat and pose a serious fire risk. Always unplug/turn them off them after use.
Please avoid using the laundry machines during this properties quiet times (10pm-7am).
