The games room offers additional entertainment including a pool table and air hockey for guests of all ages, and high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs are available throughout the villa.
Located within the peaceful gated community of Aviana in Davenport, the villa offers a quiet retreat while remaining within easy reach of Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, championship golf courses, shopping outlets and a wide variety of restaurants. Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, games room, laundry facilities, and the private screened pool and spa.
You'll also have access to the amenities within the gated Aviana community, subject to any community rules and opening hours.
For safety and operational purposes, a small number of locked owner and housekeeping storage cupboards are not accessible to guests. These do not affect your use or enjoyment of the property.
