About this apartment rental
An amazing, light and spacious flat in the heart of Hackney.
My bright, cozy and clean flat in Hackney Central is a comfortable sanctuary from the bustle of surrounding Hackney.
2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and all amenities you would need. Just minutes from the vibrant east London markets, restaurants and nightlife of London Fields, Dalston, Shoreditch. Close to multiple beautiful parks for peaceful walks and cycling.
Excellent transport links and multiple local supermarkets.
The space
The flat was brand new when we moved in 10 years ago and it has been our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Hackney. It has triple glazing so is ultra quiet as the area is busy, and it is an eco flat so is always nice and warm without heating, but we also have heating if required for snowy colder days.
It has a large balcony to safe store bikes and a table and chairs to sit outside and space to do yoga or a morning works out in the sun.
The beautiful artwork in the living room is all created by my sister Rebecca and this adds to the arty feel of the flat. We both love design and have tried to keep the space feeling light, spacious and airy, all helped by the floor to ceiling windows in all rooms (except the bathrooms).
The lounge area also has a large projector and speakers for a home cinema (no TV) but we have Netflix and Iplayer you can use. We also have a large dining table with 6 chairs for dining or working.
The kitchen has everything you will need, a dishwasher, large freezer, fridge, cupboard space, microwave, kettle, coffee cafetière etc..
The bedrooms are both doubles, one with an en-suite attached and one with a full bathroom (including bath) next door to the bedroom. Both bathrooms have power showers.
The flat is also accessible for wheelchair users to access and get around easily although we don't have additional accessibility features in the kitchen, bedrooms or bathrooms as yet.
We absolutely adore this home and are sure you will too.

Guests will have access to the whole flat except 1 x small bedroom which will be locked and 1 x storage cupboard.

Master bathroom with bath and power shower
Second bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes
