The Space:

THE BEDROOMS. THE BUILDING. Bay Harbor One is an intimate, contemporary boutique building with a genuinely residential feel. Two elevators serve the building, entry is controlled by key and card access, and the front desk adds security and service during the day. The crown is the rooftop: a heated pool with a lounge deck, BBQ grills for sunset dinners, and open seating with sweeping views across the island, the bay, and toward the ocean. The unit includes two dedicated covered parking spaces — a rare convenience in this area.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, private access to the entire residence plus all building amenities: the rooftop heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and lounge/seating areas, two elevators, and front-desk service during the day. Your stay includes two dedicated parking spaces in the covered garage. Self check-in from 4:00 PM with a personalized door code sent before arrival.

Cross the short bridge to Bal Harbour Shops, one of the world's most celebrated luxury shopping destinations, with flagship boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and open-air gardens. A few minutes further and your toes are in the sand at Bal Harbour and Surfside Beach, with wide white sand and an oceanfront walking path that stretches for miles. Houses of worship, excellent markets, bakeries, and pharmacies are all close by.



Food lovers are spoiled here: celebrated fine dining, neighborhood cafes, fresh seafood, and kosher restaurants and markets are all within a short drive. Beyond the immediate area, all of Greater Miami is at your doorstep — South Beach, Wynwood, the Design District, Downtown and Brickell, boat charters and water sports on the bay, plus golf and tennis nearby.



Getting Around:

The unit includes two dedicated parking spaces in the covered garage, so a car is easy here. Bal Harbour Shops and the beach are just minutes away, and much of the neighborhood is walkable. Both Miami International (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) airports are roughly thirty minutes away. Day trips to Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades, or the Florida Keys are all easy from this location. Airport transportation can be arranged on request.

Three-night minimum stay, with daily, weekly, and monthly bookings welcome. Weekly and monthly discounts are available. The home is smoke-free (a fee applies for smoking). No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets may be considered on request — please ask in advance. The residence is offered fully furnished and turnkey, professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay and stocked with fresh premium linens and towels, so all you need to bring is your suitcase.
