My newly renovated and lovingly furnished attic apartment offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and nature., Whether it’s an active vacation, a weekend getaway, or a business trip—here you’ll find the ideal starting point to explore the Sauerland.
Just a few minutes’ walk from the Arnsberg Forest and a short distance from the Ruhr Valley Bike Trail, as well as Lake Möhnesee, Sorpesee, and Hennesee.
Spanning 56 m², this modern, newly renovated, and quietly located vacation apartment accommodates up to four people.
Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, on a business trip, or for an extended work stay—you’ll find the perfect place to relax here.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed.
Freshly made beds and clean towels are provided for every guest.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
In addition to a De’Longhi automatic coffee maker, you’ll have access to an air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware.
The basic supplies include coffee, tea, spices, paper towels, and toilet paper—all already included.
Young guests are also very welcome here. Upon request, for bookings with children, I’m happy to provide a small children’s kit—including a travel crib, high chair, children’s toilet seat or toilet trainer, children’s dishes and cutlery, as well as some toys and activities. Please just let me know briefly when booking what you’ll need.
Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with free content via Netflix provide entertainment. For cozy evenings, there’s also a DVD player with a small selection of movies, as well as a selection of books.
On the balcony, you can wind down at the end of the day in a peaceful atmosphere.
Self-check-in via a key box allows you to arrive flexibly within the agreed-upon check-in time.
The property offers additional amenities for cyclists and motorcyclists.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored and charged in a covered, lockable (camera-monitored) area.

Popular destinations such as Lake Möhnesee (about 15 minutes), Lake Sorpesee and Lake Hennesee (about 20 minutes each), Lake Biggesee (about 40 minutes), and the historic old town of Arnsberg (about 5 minutes) are all just a short trip away.
Whether it’s hiking, biking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, or relaxing by one of the many lakes—the Sauerland offers a wide range of opportunities for recreation and active leisure activities in every season.
