It is fully equipped with all amenities: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, satellite dish, etc.

Onirica Dimora is a new villa, built in the typical rural Salento architectural style of the ancient stone ?pajare? that characterize the red-earth countryside of the ?Heel of Italy.?
Its simple yet refined beauty and authentic atmosphere make it the perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation in Lower Salento.
The turquoise-hued infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. If needed, the pool can be heated upon request.
The property features imposing and evocative star-vaulted ceilings. A porticoed veranda built with exposed stone is the perfect place to relax and chat outdoors.
The living area features a well-equipped open kitchen, a dining area with a designer kitchen island, a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms?two master bedrooms with four-poster beds and one twin bedroom?as well as two full bathrooms with showers.
This newly built villa, just completed, features luxury bed linens and towels, lamps, and Grottaglie ceramic tableware, as well as a ducted air conditioning system.

The sea is also very close: the beaches of Pescoluse are just a 5-minute drive away.
It?s also worth exploring Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost tip of Salento, with its beautiful caves, boat tours, and the Sanctuary of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae, just 12 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Pool's heating not included, optional service upon request, at the extra cost of euro 30 per day.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Outdoor video surveillance system.
