Cocoonr is offering this charming 220 m² house for rent in the town of Romillé, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The various rooms in the house are spread over a ground floor and two upper floors.
On the ground floor, you will find:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, fireplace, sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
On the first floor, you will find:
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bedroom with 4 single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
On the second floor, you will find:
- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90×190)
- A bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 200 m² garden (not fenced) with a trampoline and a boules court (games provided)
- A terrace overlooking the pond, with furniture to enjoy sunny days
