Looking for the perfect Blue Mountains autumn or winter getaway, school holiday escape, or cosy mountain retreat? Our dog-friendly studio is just 1 hour from Sydney and only a 3-minute walk to Wentworth Falls Lake — ideal for couples or small families wanting fresh air, nature, and convenience.

This self-contained private studio sits beneath the main house (also available to book for larger groups) and offers modern comfort with cosy mountain charm. Originally transformed from an insulated under-house space, it stays cool in summer and warm through winter, making it the perfect year-round escape.
Inside, you’ll find:
• Comfortable queen bed + fold-out king single sofa bed (sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids)
• Fully equipped kitchenette, cooktop, kettle, toaster & fridge ( note- no freezer!)
• Fast Wi-Fi, heating, cooling & essentials provided
Step outside to enjoy:
• Fire pit under tall pine trees — perfect for wine, marshmallows and crisp mountain evenings
• Covered BBQ area with outdoor seating
• Pets welcome- front of the property not fence - sides are fenced .
Wake to birdsong and keep an eye out for our friendly local visitors — colourful king parrots and curious kookaburras, who aren’t shy and may pop by to share breakfast.
