The unit was just renovated and has new AC, new flooring, new smart TV, free wifi, well equipped pantry and supplies. Most furniture is new.
The unit has access to shared laundry (with washing machine, iron, ironing board) and well maintained backyard. The parking is on the street but also within property upon request and at extra costs.
The unit is on the ground floor, no stairs to climb, but only 1 step at the entrance door (may not be suitable for wheelchair going in and out).
We are close to the centre, but in a gorgeous residential areas with large Queenslanders and little traffic. No excessive noise is welcome while neighbours are friendly and quiet. Not suitable for partying or large and loud gatherings because we are very residential quiet pocket in the central Brisbane.
Only a short stroll from the local shopping centre (Australia Post, bottle, grocery, bakery shops, hairdresser and a petrol station 200m from the property).
Self check in via lock box at the entry to the unit . The unit is on ground floor straight from the street. It’s number 2 indicated. The lockbox is at the entry door.
The code is provided in the morning of the check in day.

Early check in possible from 12pm upon request and availability. Late check out is payable up to 1pm at extra $50 (due to cleaning additional personnel).
