. Exclusive Access: To maintain the quality of the residence, only registered guests are permitted. Parties or commercial events are strictly prohibited.
. A Special Touch: Please enjoy the custom designer shopping bag provided for your stay! We simply ask that you leave it in the studio upon your departure so the next guest can enjoy it.
. Note on Policy: To protect our home, violations of these standards (such as unauthorized parties or smoking) will result in immediate termination of your reservation and a €500 compliance fee to cover specialized cleaning and security costs.
