* Aug. 31 - Sept. 9: Lagoon Run 106 will not have balcony access. The elevator will be closed along with the South staircase. The Center staircases will remain open.

Our thoughtfully designed condo sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfectly arranged for families or small groups.
- Primary Bedroom: Features a luxurious King bed, Smart TV, and peaceful ambiance.
- Guest Family Suite: Designed with families in mind, featuring a Queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk beds and its own private ensuite bathroom.
- Living Area: Bright and open with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and easy access to the balcony.
- Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped with everything you need to whip up beachside breakfasts or full dinners.
- Balcony: Overlooks the beautifully landscaped interior courtyard—ideal for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.

Guests have full, private access to the entire condo, plus an incredible array of on-site amenities:
- Water Access: Direct access to Little Lagoon with an on-site pier (perfect for fishing or mooring small watercraft overnight) and a small-craft boat launch.
- Great Community, Saltwater Pool.
- Beach Access: Deeded access directly to the Gulf beach just steps away.
- Covered Parking: Two dedicated, assigned parking spaces for your convenience. (Parking Passes Required)

Other things to note:
- In-Unit Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are inside the condo so you can easily clean beach towels and swimwear.
- Stay Connected: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and all bedrooms feature Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows.
- Location Highlights: Located on the quieter end of West Beach, you get a peaceful atmosphere without sacrificing convenience. You are just a short drive from the Hangout, local seafood staples, and annual festival grounds.
- Beach gear: Guests sometimes leave clean, gently used chairs and toys — help yourself if available. Or pick up affordable options nearby. Prefer service? On-beach vendors rent plush chairs and umbrellas daily or weekly.
- Linens: All bed linens and bath towels provided. A detailed what’s-included list and packing tips arrive after booking.
- Fees: Admin and credit card processing fees are non-refundable after booking.
- Winter monthly stays: Snowbird rates (Nov–Feb) available by request; month-long reservations preferred (1st to 1st).

No pets.
No smoking/vaping.
Primary guest must be 25+ to book and stay (strictly enforced).
Parking: Guest Registration Certificates (parking passes) are required and included in booking; $30 each, max two per reservation. Passes will be waiting in the home on arrival.
