VAT (Israeli Guests & Tourists)



In accordance with Israeli law:



Israeli citizens and residents are required to pay 17% VAT, which is not included in the nightly rate and will be charged separately.

Foreign tourists who enter Israel with a valid B2 entry permit (tourist visa) are exempt from VAT. To qualify for this exemption, guests must provide a copy of their B2 entry permit (or the electronic entry confirmation issued upon arrival) before or during check-in.



If the required documentation is not provided, VAT must be charged in accordance with Israeli tax regulations.

• Self Check-in: Check-in is available via a secure lockbox, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after 3:00 PM.



• Residential Neighborhood: The house is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Nachlaot. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



• No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.



• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.



• Parking: The property does not include private parking. Several paid public parking garages are available nearby, subject to availability.



• Shabbat-Friendly: For guests observing Shabbat, the house includes a Shabbat hot plate (Plata), Shabbat urn, and a refrigerator with Shabbat mode.



• Security: Please ensure that both entrance doors are locked whenever you leave the property.



• Hot Water: The house is equipped with a solar water heater. If additional hot water is needed, the electric boiler may be turned on. Please remember to switch it off after use.



• Respect the Home: We kindly ask guests to leave the property in good condition by washing used dishes, turning off the air conditioning, and closing all windows and doors before departure.
